This Wtax portal allows you to complete everything from one convenience place from any mobile device or PC/Mac from anywhere, anytime.

 

Communicating via phone, e-mail may be convenient. However, did you know that using a private portal and their embedded messaging feature is more secure than texting, email? As a result over 75% of clients use this convenient method. There are circumstances where traditional methods may be warranted. For this reason Wtax has offers access a secure document lock box available. During tax season, it is located under a covered entranceway to the home-office of Wardwell Tax Service. Once shown how to use it (live demonstration or YouTube video), it is easy to use. It requires a personalized secure tax client code, provided by Wtax so that paperwork can be dropped off and picked up.  It is in a lighted area with surveillance cameras and available 24/7. Many new clients use this method. It is ideal if you are tactile, and paper-oriented.

 

New clients have the option to meet the tax preparer for a curbside style exchange to meet, exchange paperwork, view identification, demonstrate the client lockbox. This method is available by appointment only, weather permitting

 

Prospective and active tax clients can book a free, 30-minute conference call or videoconference call (via Teams, Zoom, Meet, FaceTime, etc.). Fees only apply if there significant work is required and/or the filing of documents. The client will be advised whenever fees apply. Estimates are available on any project.
